Trade Accounts

We supply galleries, museums, conservation studios, exhibition contractors, shopfitters, interior designers and specifier practices. If you buy display equipment as part of your work rather than for your own home, a trade account is worth opening.

What an account gives you

Volume pricing Tiered by order value and by quantity on repeat lines. Matched sets are priced as a set, not as multiples of one.
30-day terms On approval, after two settled orders. Purchase order references carried on every invoice and delivery note.
Call-off delivery Order the whole job once, take delivery in phases against your install programme. You are invoiced on despatch of each phase, not on the whole order.
Quotations against drawings Send a PDF or DWG and a schedule. We quote line by line so you can value-engineer without re-quoting the lot.
Held specification We record your standard — your white, your plinth family, your glass — so a reorder in eighteen months matches what is already in the room.
A named contact One person who knows the project, rather than a queue.

Matched sets and repeat matching

This is the part that matters most to contract work and it is the part most suppliers are vague about.

  • Within a set we hold ±1mm and sequence-match veneer.
  • Sprayed finishes within a set come from one batch, sprayed in one session.
  • Across orders placed at different times we can match to a recorded reference, and we will say honestly how close we expect to get. A sprayed sample before a batch is the only way to be certain, and we do not charge for one.

Programme and site work

  • Lead times in writing at quotation, and a despatch date confirmed at the point we cut.
  • Site delivery to a named contact, with a booking window. Tell us about loading restrictions, lift dimensions and access hours at enquiry stage — it changes how we crate.
  • Installation of cases, wall systems and full-height units in England and Wales, quoted with the job.
  • Storage of a completed order for up to four weeks where your programme slips, by arrangement.

We are not electricians and we do not take on building work. Where a display needs a supply, that connection is for a competent person under BS 7671 on your side.

Conservation specifications

For sealed cases we will specify to a conservation brief rather than retro-fit a claim to a standard product — materials selection, air exchange rate, silica gel or conditioned buffer volume, and light. Tell us at enquiry stage, not at order stage. Specifying a Display Case sets out the ground we will want to cover with you, including material testing and the lux and lux-hour figures that govern exposure.

Documentation

On request, and at no charge: itemised quotations, delivery notes carrying your PO reference, load figures for specified items, material declarations for sealed case builds, and consolidated monthly invoicing.
