This is our registered office and correspondence address. It is not a showroom and not a returns address — please email before sending anything back so we can give you a returns reference.

What to send us, so we can answer first time

Asking which product you need

• The object's height, width and depth, and roughly what it weighs
• Who is looking at it, and from where — standing visitors, seated visitors, a shop window, a corridor
• Whether it needs to be enclosed, and if so whether it is staying enclosed for weeks or months
• The room, if it matters — daylight, heating, footfall

Asking for a made-to-measure quote

The list is on Made to Measure. The short version: sizes, quantity, finish, where it's going, and your date. A rough sketch photographed on your phone is more useful than a paragraph.

About an existing order

• Your order number — it begins with a # and is in your confirmation email
• For damage: photographs of the item and of the outer packaging. That usually settles it the same day.

Opening a trade account

See Trade Accounts. If you have a live deadline, put it in the first line.

Questions we can probably answer without you emailing

• What height plinth do I need? → Choosing a Plinth Height
• Do I need a sealed case? → Specifying a Display Case
• What does delivery cost and will it fit? → Delivery
• Can I send it back? → Returns & Refunds
• How do I clean acrylic? → water and a microfibre cloth, nothing else. More in the FAQ.
